BioED is Landcare NT’s flagship biodiversity education initiative, designed to inspire the next
generation of environmental stewards across the Top End. Delivered in partnership with
schools and local experts, the program gives students the chance to explore their local
ecosystems, learn about biodiversity, and take part in real-world conservation activities.
From classroom sessions to field-based learning, BioED is all about building knowledge, curiosity and care — supporting young people to understand and protect the places they live,
and strengthening the connection between people and nature across the region.
