Join Emma Lupin and Tisha Tejaya- artists and botanical specialists- for a mindful walk along Rapid Creek as we head towards the Build Up, when the landscape is alive with shifting light, bold leaves, and flowering trees. As we wander, you’ll be invited to pause, observe, and choose one element of the creek’s ecology that draws your attention. With gentle guidance, we’ll explore simple techniques to sketch and refine it into a pen drawing—capturing both detail and character. Each piece can stand alone as artwork or become part of a seasonal nature journal, building a creative record of Rapid Creek across the year.
