Introducing Landcare NT's New Communications and Membership Officer

Tina Griffith has come on board with Landcare NT as our Communications and Membership Officer. Tina has experience within membership based / peak body organisations as well as a passion for habitat conservation.

Originally from Canada, Tina moved to Australia in 2013 to explore its beautiful landscapes, people and new career opportunities and to escape the cold winters. She holds a BA in Anthropology with studies in geography and ecology and later trained as a Journalist/Photojournalist and a Holistic Wellness Coach.

Tina has worked across a range of industries including employment services, community development, environmental and cultural advocacy, and has lived and worked in remote communities across beautiful Central Australia. She is passionate about environmental and social advocacy, and loves using social media, writing, videography and photography to inspire others, share stories and to raise awareness.

When she is not working, Tina loves exploring new mountain bike trails, running, swing dancing, playing her guitar, and spending time in the beautiful outdoors. Tina moved to Darwin in April 2022 and is excited to be joining Landcare NT’s team and looks forward to connecting with everyone to learn more about the beautiful landscapes, amazing projects and great people in the NT landcare community.
