Invitation to Larrakia People to Join Darwin Waterways Project Advisory Group
The Darwin Harbour Waterways Catchment Project invites Larrakia people to a community meeting to help guide the development of Larrakia advisory group. This initiative ensures your voices and insights shape the management and future of Darwin’s waterways.
Through community education and participation and on ground works, the Darwin Harbour Catchment Waterways Project is a $3.8 million initiative focused on:
- Community stewardship
- Improving woodland/riparian and aquatic habitats.
- Enhancing biodiversity (flora and fauna).
- Monitoring and improving water quality.
